After an extensive search for American made paper towel holders, I found 3 companies that offer them. They are Clear Solutions, Circa Home Living, and Cascade Iron Co.

Clear Solutions
Unfortunately, I couldn’t find an official website for Clear Solutions. The company seems to have only product listings on Amazon. But, from what I was able to find, Clear Solutions is an American manufacturer that produces cookbook holders and a line of American made paper towel holders.
According to the company’s paper towel holder product listing, its products are made at a manufacturing facility in Hinsdale, New Hampshire.

Circa Home Living is an American company with a lot to offer. It makes and sells everything from glassware and kitchenware to candles and more. The company is over 25 years old and it is a proud American manufacturer.
According to the company’s website, it is located in York, Maine. While I couldn’t confirm whether or not all of its products are made in the USA, after looking through multiple lines of the company’s products, most seem to have the phrase made in the USA written in the description.

Cascade Iron Co
Cascade Iron Co was founded in 2015. As you can tell by its name, it is a company that specializes in producing iron-based products. Cascade Iron Co is located in Silverton, Oregon, and this is where most, if not all, of its production takes place.
Cascade Iron Co offers one line of paper towel holders, which is called the Paper Towel Holder – Under Cabinet Or Wall Mount.
Paper Towel Holders that People Confuse as Being USA Made
One company kept popping up during my search for American made paper towel holders. However, after taking a closer look, it seems to manufacture its products in China. Here’s what I found.
OXO International
I came across OXO International on numerous third-party sites stating that it offers American made products. It is important to note that the misinformation regarding this company doesn’t come from the company itself but from third-party websites.
According to an official OXO International product listing, its paper towel holders are made in China. I could find no information on OXO International’s official site indicating that it manufactures any of its products in the US. So, it is unclear where the third-party sites are getting their information from.
