Most people own a handful of polo shirts. Whether for work or pleasure, polo shirts can be used for both smart and casual events, making them very versatile. With many companies opting to manufacture overseas, are there any companies that still produce polo shirts in the USA? Well, that’s what I’ll be looking at in this article.
Which Brands Sell Polo Shirts Made in the USA? (The Short Answer)
After an extensive search for American made polo shirts, I found 7 companies that produce them. They are S.K.U (Save Khaki United), Agave Denim, All American Clothing Co, AKWA, Corbeaux Clothing, Loggerhead Apparel, and Homegrown Cotton.
American Made Polo Shirts (Brands You Should Investigate)
Let’s take a closer look at the brands mentioned above.
S.K.U (Save Khaki United)
S.K.U is an American sportswear company that specializes in local manufacturing. Every item of clothing that the company produces is produced within the USA.
It should be noted that it does also state on its website that some of its fabrics and trims are imports. However, it does its utmost to use materials that are sourced locally whenever possible. Agave Denim
Agave Denim is a widely known company that produces high-quality clothing for people all over the US. The company’s priority is fabric quality. Agave Denim only uses the best materials and fabrics to produce its clothing.
Initially, I wasn’t sure whether or not Agave Denim manufactures its polo shirts in the USA. According to its website, its products are “finished in the USA.” This is a bit of a vague statement. I couldn’t find much clarity on the amount of “finishing” that takes place in the US.
Also, after taking a closer look at the company’s website, it states that its products are ethically made in the USA and abroad. Its American manufacturing takes place at the company’s facility in Los Angeles, California.
But after reading a few of Agave Denim’s polo shirts’ product descriptions, it clearly states where each one is made. Here are a few of its American made polo shirts.
All American Clothing Co
All American Clothing Co has been offering a variety of American made clothing lines since it was founded in 2002. As you can tell by its name, it is a company that likes to manufacture its products within the US. While I am unsure whether 100% of the company’s clothes are produced in the US, its polo shirts seem to be mostly American made.
According to multiple product descriptions, All American Clothing CO’s polo shirts are made in the USA using both domestically sourced and internationally sourced materials.

AKWA
Unfortunately, at the time of writing this article, AKWA’s website was undergoing maintenance so I couldn’t get full access to the company’s official site. Nevertheless, the information for this entry comes from AKWA and a handful of trusty AKWA-affiliated sites.
AKWA is a company with a passion for affordable American made clothing. It offers a variety of products for both men and women. From t-shirts and jackets to dresses and sweaters, AKWA has a pretty extensive range of American made clothing.
I wasn’t able to find out exactly where the company manufactures its polo shirts. But, from what I was able to find, AKWA operates a facility in Santa Monica, California. Corbeaux Clothing
Corbeaux Clothing is a Colorado-based company that offers high-performance apparel for men and women all over the US. It is also a pretty green company as it makes use of lots of recycled materials to produce some of its products.
Corbeaux Clothing’s products are manufactured between its two facilities. One is in Minnesota, and the other is in Colorado. Not only does the company manufacture its products in the US, but it also sources its materials in America, making it a truly 100% American company.

Loggerhead Apparel
Loggerhead Apparel offers 100% American grown and made products. It also donates 10% of its sales to charity organizations. It is a family-owned and operated company that was founded in 2010 that focuses on producing quality American made clothing.
According to the company’s official site, its clothing is manufactured at its facility in South Carolina. Its t-shirts and polo shirts are made using only the finest materials to ensure an overall top-quality product.
Loggerhead Apparel offers 3 polo shirt product lines. They are as follows.
Homegrown Cotton
Homegrown Cotton offers products that are grown and sewn within the USA. It specializes in using natural pure cotton to produce its various lines of polo shirts. It was founded in 2014 and has become a popular company among people all over the US.
Its clothing is produced just 40 miles away from the farm where the cotton is grown in South Carolina. By keeping its production within a 40-mile radius, the company is able to minimize its carbon footprint and support local businesses at the same time.
