Puffs tissues were first introduced to the public in 1960. Initially, P&G’s facial tissues were sold under the brand name Charmin. The company decided to replace Charmin facial tissues with Puffs tissues.

In 1987, a new line of puffs tissues was released, they were called Puffs Plus. They were designed with moisturizing lotion built into each tissue. This was done to help prevent people’s noses from getting sore from using completely dry tissues.

History of Puffs Tissues

In 1998, Puffs Plus tissues were made a little bit thicker to ensure that they didn’t break too easily when in use. In the year 2000, Puffs introduced its own characters to go along with the brand, Puffs Pals. It was a marketing strategy that the company still uses today.

As of 2021, Puffs launched a new design and updated its logo to be more eye-catching. Today, Puffs tissues are still a very popular choice for people all over the US.
