Do Any Brands Sell American Made Underwear? (The Short Answer)
After an extensive search for American made underwear I found a lot of companies that offer them. Let’s look at ten of them – I Love Bad, Thunderpants USA, Decent Exposures, Duckworth Co, Hanky Panky, Period Panteez, Pansy, Brook There, Majamas, and Ramblers Way.
Underwear Made in the USA (A List of 10 Manufacturers)
Now that we know which companies offer underwear made in the USA, let’s look at each of them in more detail.
I Love Bad
I Love Bad is a company that specializes in producing high-quality underwear using all-natural materials. It primarily uses hemp to produce its underwear. Hemp is a very versatile material and it’s more renewable than cotton which makes it an excellent choice for producing eco-friendly underwear.
The company conducts its manufacturing in the US. Being an American manufacturer is something that I Love Bad is very proud of. According to its official website, by manufacturing its products in the USA the company can keep a close eye on production ensuring nothing but great quality in all of its underwear products.
I Love Bad operates a manufacturing facility in California, and it also runs a dye facility in Los Angeles that colors its products. Decent Exposures offers underwear, bras, and clothing for people of all shapes, sizes, and skin sensitivities. The company dates back to 1986 when a handful of talented women got together to great the Original Un-Bra. Since then the company has expanded to become what it is today.
The company specializes in manufacturing made-to-measure underwear. All you need to do is fill in your details and a team of expert seamstresses will manufacture the perfect pair of underwear to suit your needs.
It’s based in Seattle, and according to the company’s official website, this is where it manufactures its products. On top of manufacturing its products in the US, it also sources its organic fabric from within the US making it a solely American operation.

Duckworth Co
Duckworth Co is a fairly well-known company that offers a variety of outdoor clothing, fashion accessories, and underwear. It is also the world’s only source-verified company that uses 100% Montana-grown Merino wool for its products.

By manufacturing in the US, Hanky Panky is able to reduce its carbon footprint, provide jobs for the local community, and keep a watchful eye on its products to ensure nothing but the best when it comes to quality.

Period Panteez
Period Panteez is a company that focuses on offering products for women who struggle to find underwear that offers support during their periods. Its underwear design is patented and it was created by a healthcare professional making it a great choice for women everywhere.
According to Period Panteez FAQ section on its website, all of its underwear is made by women for women in the USA. I could find no information stating that the company conducts any of its manufacturing overseas. So, if you buy from this company then you are guaranteed to receive American-made underwear.

Pansy
Pansy is a company that uses organic cotton to produce high-quality bras, panties, briefs, boxer shorts, and more. The company is run by women and 100% of its manufacturing is carried out within the USA.
Pansy has been manufacturing its underwear at a facility in California since it was established back in 2013. Not only does it manufacture its products in the US, but it also sources its cotton from within the US making it the perfect choice for those wanting American-made eco-friendly underwear.

Brook There is a proud American company that manufactures ethically made, minimalist lingerie for women to wear and love. The company’s focus is around underwear although it does also offer some sleepwear items too.
According to the company’s website, Brook There conducts all of its material sourcing and manufacturing within a small localized area to minimalize its impact on the environment. Its organic cotton is made from GOTS-certified yarn and is colored in California.
