After doing some research, I found 1 brand that produces German-made thermos flasks – Rotpunkt.
Rotpunkt
Rotpunkt is a German thermos flask manufacturer founded in 1963 in Bad Hersfeld, Germany. On its website, the company has a section clearly stating that since Rotpunk’s creation, all its products have been manufactured in Germany, and moving production overseas was never an option. Rotpunk also mentions being the only thermos flask manufacturer that is certified “Made in Germany”.
The company’s production facility is located at Industriestraße 1, 36272 Niederaula, Germany and there was no indication that Rotpunkt products are produced outside of this facility in Germany.

Thermos Flasks That Are Commonly Mistaken As Being Made In Germany
I found a couple of companies that often get mistaken as being German manufacturers.
720 Dgree
720 Dgree is a German company founded in Paderborn that offers a wide variety of water bottles. According to this Amazon listing, 720 Dgree’s “NoLimit” thermos flasks are made in Germany. This was confirmed in another Amazon listing here.
So, I decided to look up the 720 Dgree factory in Germany. However, locating the exact plant in Germany where 720 Dgree’s thermos flasks are manufactured was seemingly impossible.
So, I reached out to the company, and a 720 Dgree representative admitted that its thermos flasks are made in China.

So, 720 Dgree thermos flasks are not made in Germany.
Lurch
Lurch is a German manufacturer of kitchen utensils founded in Hildesheim in 1995. It offers a wide range of kitchen products, including cooking & baking supplies, barware, lunch boxes, and thermos flasks or vacuum-sealed insulated bottles.
Lurch assists in healthy nutrition by offering environmentally friendly, sustainable products. The German company offers two types of thermos flasks, as one is specially designed for the outdoors.
However, according to this verified buyer on Amazon, Lurch’s outdoor thermos flasks are made in China, while the Lurch thermal bottle is made in Germany.
So, to ensure this, I decided to look up Lurch’s factory in Germany, but it was impossible to locate the exact plant where Lurch’s thermos flasks are manufactured. So, I reached out to the company, and a Lurch representative admitted that its thermos flasks are made in China.
