With many companies choosing to conduct their manufacturing overseas, it’s becoming increasingly difficult finding products that weren’t made in countries like China and India. In this article, I’ll be looking for pajamas made in the USA.
Which Companies Sell American Made Pajamas? (The Short Answer)
It turns out that there are actually a handful of companies out there that offer American made pajamas. They are Araks, Majamas, Between The Sheets, Goodnighties, and Elizabeth Cotton.
Pajamas Made in the USA (What My Research Turned Up)
Now that we know the names of the companies that offer pajamas manufactured in the USA let’s look at each one in more detail.
Araks is a well-known brand that focuses on creating high-end, sustainable, and ethically-made garments for people all over the US. The company is committed to producing garments that are both comfortable and stylish, while also being environmentally and ethically responsible.
As for where Araks sleepwear is manufactured, the brand is proud to say that all of its garments are made in the USA. Specifically, Araks’ manufacturing takes place in New York City’s Garment District.
By manufacturing its garments locally, Araks can closely monitor the quality of its products, as well as ensure a great work environment for its employees. Additionally, by keeping its production close to home, the company is able to reduce its carbon footprint and support local communities.

Majamas is proud to be a company that supports American manufacturing. Its clothing is designed in the USA and manufactured in a family-owned factory in Michigan. So rest assured, if you buy from Majamas then you are buying American-made pajamas.

Between The Sheets
Between The Sheets is a luxury lingerie and sleepwear brand that is known for producing high-quality garments using sustainably sourced materials. The brand is committed to ethical manufacturing and transparency, so it was very easy to find out where it manufactures its products.
Between The Sheets manufactures its sleepwear products in the US. Specifically, its garments are made at a family-owned factory in New York City’s garment district. The factory has been in operation for over 30 years.
As mentioned at the beginning of this entry, Between The Sheets also sources its materials from sustainable and ethical sources. It uses fabrics such as organic cotton, Tencel lyocell, and recycled polyester, which are produced using eco-friendly methods and are free from harmful chemicals.

Goodnighties is a sleepwear brand that specializes in comfortable, pajamas and loungewear. The brand is known for producing high-quality garments using advanced fabric technology.
Goodnighties manufactures its sleepwear products in the United States. The company’s garments are made at a facility located in Pennsylvania. From what I understand, it looks like this is where the company produces all of its garments.
The factory is committed to paying fair wages and providing safe and healthy working conditions for its employees. It also uses eco-friendly materials and practices, such as energy-efficient machinery and recycled packaging materials.

Finishing off this section we have Elizabeth Cotton. This company has been going strong since 2005. It is a family-owned company that produces high-quality nightwear. Since the company was founded it has been producing its pajamas at its manufacturing facility in New York City’s world-famous garment district.
The two most important things to Elizabeth Cotton are sustainability and quality. That’s why the company uses Oeko-Tex-Certified and organic cotton fabrics whenever possible to ensure that the finished product is comfortable and made using sustainable materials.
Here’s a link to Elizabeth Cotton’s pajama page. While the company doesn’t have as many options as some of the other ones on this list, it still has a nice selection to choose from.
I came across a couple of companies that possibly produce some of their pajamas in the USA. However, I couldn’t find concrete proof of this. Here’s what I found.
Boll & Branch
Boll & Branch is a luxury bedding and sleepwear company that offers high-quality organic cotton pajamas that are partially made in the USA. Founded in 2014, the company’s main aim is to offer ethically made, sustainably sourced products.
The company relies on facilities in India for a lot of its products. These facilities all offer fair trade-certified services. The company also sources materials from Portugal and Turkey. However, it does conduct a lot of its assembly and finishing in the US. Unfortunately, it wasn’t clear where it makes its pajamas, hence why it gets an honorable mention.
Here’s a link to the company’s FAQ page which goes into detail regarding its manufacturing. I’d recommend reaching out to the company directly before committing to a purchase to find out which of its pajamas are American-made. Here’s a link to the company’s contact information and here’s another to its pajama product page.
Karen Neuburger is a sleepwear brand that’s been producing stylish and comfortable pajamas for over 2 decades. The company is committed to using high-quality materials to produce each of its nightwear pieces.
There’s not all that much information regarding Karen Neubuger’s manufacturing location out there. The only thing I could find was a little written piece in each product description on the company’s official Amazon store.
It states that its pajamas are made in the USA or they are imported. This is incredibly vague but it’s all I could find. If any readers know more about the company’s manufacturing locations then let us know via the comment section below.
