With it being such a popular treat, it’s easy to see why so many people are opting to purchase their own ice cream makers to make their own ice cream from the comfort of their homes. In this article, I’ll be looking for ice cream makers made in Italy.

Before I get into the list, some readers may notice that some companies are missing from the list. While there are a couple of other ice cream maker brands that manufacture their products in Italy, they are aimed at large businesses. This list is primarily aimed at people seeking an Italian made ice cream maker for casual consumer use.

Brands That Sell Ice Cream Makers Made in Italy? (The Short Answer)

After doing some research, I came across 2 companies that produce ice cream maker machines in Italy. They are Musso and Nemox.

A List of Italian Made Ice Cream Makers

So, now that we know which brands produce ice cream makers in Italy, let’s learn a little more about the companies.

Musso

Musso was founded in 1928 in the Lombardy region of Italy. The company is a family-owned business that has been passed down through the generations. These days it is an internationally well-known company that produces high-end ice cream and gelato makers for businesses all over the world.

While the company mainly manufactures products for large businesses, it also has a couple of models designed for consumer use. The two home ice cream machine models that Musso manufacture are the Mini and the Stella.

Despite these models being designed for consumer use, they are still pretty large machines. These machines are great for ice cream lovers and large families. As for people looking for a small machine that will be used every once in a while, it’s probably best if you look for a smaller ice cream maker.

As for manufacturing, Musso manufactures all of its machines at its lab located in Mortata, Pavia. The company takes pride in being an Italian manufacturer, so it’s safe to say that the company will continue to manufacture its products in Italy for many years to come.

Nemox

Nemox was established in 1986. It’s an Italian founded company that still operates in Italy to this day. The company manufactures ice cream makers for standard use as well as industrial use. But I’ll be focusing on Nemox’s models that are made for standard consumer use.

Nemox’s machines are multi-functional. You can use Nemox’s machines to produce ice cream, gelato, sorbet, and even frozen yogurt. The company manufactures a fairly extensive range of ice cream makers for casual consumer use.
