I could not find a single German ice cream maker that manufactures products for consumer use. However, I found a couple of companies that manufacture ice cream makers in Germany that are aimed at businesses. Those companies are Lumen and Kälte Rudi.
Companies That Manufacture Commercial Ice Cream Makers in Germany

Lumen
Founded in 1962, Lumen is a company that focuses on manufacturing high-quality ice-based electrical products. The company produces everything from ice and slushy machines to ice cream machines. Lumen’s products have been sold to businesses worldwide and the company has been praised many times for its sturdy and long-lasting machines.
While Lumen is a German founded and German based company not all of Lumen’s machines are made in Germany. The company has facilities in the Netherlands, the Czech Republic, and the UK. So, just check with the seller before purchasing a product to ensure that your particular model is manufactured at its facility in Germany.

This brand kept popping up as I was looking for German made ice cream machines. However, German Pool does not claim to produce its products in Germany, this seems to be a search engine algorithm issue. Since the company has the word German in the name, it seems like Google mistakes it as being a German company when it is actually based in Hong Kong.
